ORDERING BARCODE LABELS
*Order Barcode Labels, at no cost to consignor, beginning Wednesday, July 28th at 10am thru Saturday, Sept.4th at midnight, central daylight time. Click on order link at bottom of page. Labels will be imprinted with your code number and item price. You may choose barcode labels printed with or without "NO DISCOUNT". Barcodes printed with "NO DISCOUNT" will not be marked down last day of sale.
*IMPORTANT: If you order labels printed with NO DISCOUNT, then change your mind, DO NOT mark out or use white-out correction fluid. NO DISCOUNT is encoded into the barcode lines (prices too!!), you must order new labels!
*Barcode label orders mailed, at no cost, if you live outside the Auburn/Opelika area. Local consignors (includes Waverly, Beulah, Beaureguard, Loachapoka) will pick up barcode orders from AK's Coffee Company, Mon.-Sat./ 5:30am-11:00pm. Located between Sam's Club and Tiger Town on Frederick Rd. in Opelika. *Allow 3 days from the time you place barcode order for pick up. There will be a box on top of the counter toward the back of the store with your barcode orders in ABC order. Deadline for picking up barcode orders is Fri., Sept.10th at 6pm. If you miss deadline they will be available during any of the receiving dates/times. Please DO NOT call AK's Coffee Co. and ask if your barcode order is there. This is a local business that has been gracious enough to allow us a place for consignors to pick up barcode orders, they are not associated with Kids Clothes Connection. Thank you!!
LABELING SUGGESTIONS: As you tag your items, write price (and ND if you don't want item discounted) at bottom of each tag (will eventually be covered by peel & stick barcode labels). When finished tagging, write on sheet of paper, total number of tags, per price increment, before ordering (20 items @$3.00, 5 items @$5.50ND, 15 items @$6.00, etc.). This will make ordering easy when you are ready to click on link below. If there are some barcode labels you forgot on your first order and you haven't missed the deadline for ordering online, you may order more labels. Consignors with barcode labels from previous sale, may be used again.
EASY TO ORDER BARCODE LABELS!: First you must register for upcoming sale (even if you already have a code# and password). After clicking on below order link, a page will open up for you to log-in using your code#/password. Then the Barcode Order page will appear. Have your written number of price increments ready. On left side of box you will enter: how many labels, then price amount, then select "allow discount" or not, then press the submit button. You will do this with each price increment, when finished, press "Submit Order" on right side of box. Order will then be printed by KCC!
*Make sure to check for correct code #'s on barcode labels before attaching to tags!! Don't forget to attach barcode label to each tagged item. You will not receive credit for items sold without a barcode label. Please DO NOT attach barcode label to items separately from a tag. We MUST have one tag for each item that is sold! Thank you.
